8. Machining anomalies: actual size and design files are different

1) The program is disordered.

2) The processor does not work properly because of external interference. Rearrange and adjust the overall circuit: separate the strong and weak power separately, and separate the inverter and other components to ground.

3) But if there is a problem with the ENG conversion NC code, the program has illegal characters, or the code that the system does not recognize, we recommend using third-party simulation software to view the program track.

9. Start automatic tool setting, the cutter head does not stop

1) In this case, there may be an open circuit on the tool signal line and the X4 (TS) wiring port connection line on the interface board.

2) Or the “GND” wiring port on the interface board is not connected or in good contact with the spindle wiring housing.

3) Check if the configuration tool setting function port is open.

10. RichAuto handle shows normal but the machine can’t move

1) If one of the axes does not move, there may be a problem with the wiring. Replace the terminal of this axis with another normal one. If it is normal, the rear part of the drive is ok. At this time, it depends on whether the wiring board is broken or the 50-pin is broken. But if it still does not move, it is necessary to detect the corresponding driver and motor.

2) If the three axes do not move, first check if there is a problem with the 50-pin line and the wiring board. If there is no problem, check the power supply of the drive.

3) If everything is changed but the machine still does not move, you have to check the mechanical part.

11. The machine runs normally and the return is not smooth.

In this case: there is a problem with the mechanical assembly, it may be that the lead screw is not installed.

12. The motor is moving in the wrong direction.

1) The RichAuto A1X series of handles do not support differential signals. Try modifying the cable from the drive to the motor.

2) Some system menus have a motor mask direction option to modify the motor direction, but it is not recommended for long-term use.

13. The machine shakes when it is an arc or two-axis linkage

Check that the machine is placed horizontally, check for loose coupling parts, increase the take-off speed, and avoid the resonance point.
