1. Driver:
The function is to accept the pulse signal provided by the controller to drive the stepper motor motion. One of the main functions of the drive is pulse subdivision. Each stepper motor produces a complete square wave pulse signal that produces a fixed step. For example, a common two-phase hybrid motor produces a 1.80 step angle for each pulse signal. It takes 200 steps to rotate the motor one revolution. But when the drive is subdivided, it takes 200*8=1600 steps per revolution. Therefore, when the linear displacement of the conduction device per revolution is 10 mm, the pulse equivalent is 10 mm / 1600 pulses = 0.00625 mm / pulse. This is the theoretical minimum engraving accuracy of this machine.
2. Inverter:
The main function is to accept the controller signal and output the high-speed pulse device. As we all know, the inverter mainly adjusts the running speed of the spindle by adjusting the power supply frequency.
3. Engraving machine controller:
It is the core part of the engraving machine control system. The main function is to execute computer software commands and control the driver and Inverter. In fact, more end users tend to Chinese products because it conforms to the working method of the engraving machine and is more user-friendly.
