5. The depth of the Z axis is inconsistent

When the same file is repeatedly processed after returning to the machine origin, the depth of the Z axis is inconsistent.

1) First, check if the machine table is not flat or the workpiece is not fixed firmly?

2) Otherwise, the repeated positioning accuracy of the Z-axis origin detection switch may be inaccurate, which results in an error in the position of each Z-axis return to the origin. In this case, adjust the detection switch detection method or replace the high-quality detection switch.

3) Also, if the machine tool interference is too large, it will also cause a false origin when the Z-axis returns to the origin. Try to re-adjust the line.

6. The machine cannot stop running when it returns to the origin

In this case, double-press the “MENU” button on the RichAuto DSP controller to self-test the input signal to see if the signal trigger or disconnect is normal.

1) If the origin detection switch is damaged, replace the home position detection switch.

2) If the distance between the test piece and the switch is outside the detection range, adjust the position of the test piece.

3) The aging detection switch to the interface board wiring is aging or loose. Re-adjust the line check connection.

4) If there is a problem with the interface board hardware, the signal cannot be received. Repair it.

5) If the 50-pin data cable connected between the handle and the interface board has a damage signal. Try replacing the new data cable.

7. Machine can’t move in the specified direction

The machine can’t move in the specified direction when it returns to the machine origin.

1) If the selection of the origin detection switch type does not match the corresponding level definition, modify the level definition (the NPN type corresponds to the level definition arrow direction down, and the PNP type corresponding level defines the arrow up).

2) Also, the origin detection switch may be damaged. If the switch is damaged and always in the triggered state, replace the new detection switch.

3) In addition, there is a problem with the origin detection switch to the interface board connection. Rearrange the wiring to make sure the wiring is correct.

4) If the machine interference is too large, the illusion that the detection switch has been triggered is caused. Re-adjust the circuit to prevent interference.

5) However, if there is a problem with the interface board hardware, the signal cannot be received. Repair it.

6) If the 50-pin data cable connected between the handle and the interface board has a damage signal. Try replacing the new data cable.
